Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for a UX Designer (0–1 year experience) to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about design, user research, and problem-solving, with the chance to work closely with Product, UI, and Development teams in a UK-shift setting.

Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct user research and gather requirements.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
Design engaging experiences for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product, design, and development teams.
Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.





Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, HCI, or related fields.
Freshers (0–1 year experience) are encouraged to apply.
Portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or personal projects is preferred.
Willingness to work in Night Shift / UK Shift.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of UX Design, Design Thinking, and User Research.
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Understanding of user journeys, wireframing, and responsive design.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
