Job Summary
We are looking for a project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating activities between departments, ensuring workflows run efficiently, tracking projects, maintaining documentation and following up on action item

Education Qualification
2 - 5 years of experience in process coordination, project coordination

Technical Skills
Strong Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM Software
Ability to prepare reports, dashboards and project status updates

Core Competencies
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Strong follow - up and task management ability




Good analytical and problem solving skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Team oriented with a proactive approach

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities between sales, design, purchase, production, quality, service and Accounts
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
