This is a full time on-site role for an Associate position at ProV Foods in Mumbai - Andheri.

Duties & Responsibilities -
Accurate Data Entry Transactions:
Execute precise and timely data entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.
Utilize advanced data entry techniques to manage complex data efficiently.
Effective Communication with Stakeholders:
Communicate seamlessly with suppliers, transporters, and other external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Act as a central point of contact for communication, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely coordination.
Maintain meticulous documentation of transport-related activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Skills:
Exact Data Entry: Proficient in accurate and efficient in data entry




Stakeholder Communication: Robust interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, and other external partners.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and communication.
Must hold good communication skills.
Must be a graduate

Proficiency in Tools/Software:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
Should be well versed with MS Excel Formulas.

Previous Experience:
Proven experience in data entry roles.
Candidate must have knowledge have Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

Candidates from Logistics / FMCG background shall be preferred.

Freshers with a zeal to learn new can also apply.

Candidates who can join immediately shall be given preference.

Shift time : 10.30 am to 7.30 pm

Location : Andheri East, Near Chakala (JB Nagar) Metro station
