Resolve employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure quality standards and service levels are consistently met.
Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and KPIs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify process improvement prospects and implement best practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
