We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused qualified with robust knowledge of GST and TDS compliance to manage and resolve enterprise client queries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on tax compliance knowledge along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle enterprise client queries related to:
GST filings
TDS provisions, deductions, returns & compliance
Provide advisory-level clarification on GST & TDS applicability.
Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for issue resolution.
Ensure high client satisfaction and timely query resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of client communications.
Support compliance-related escalations.
Preferred Background
Experience in SaaS-based compliance platforms.
Exposure to enterprise clients.
Experience in tax-tech companies.
