About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Head to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 5-axis to 9 axis machine operations and programming, coupled with expertise in production planning and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage and optimize multi-axis machine operations, including programming and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement production plans aligned with business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.

Requirements:




Proven experience in production management, preferably in precision engineering or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of 5 axis -9axis CNC machine operations and programming.
Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a rapid-paced environment.
