Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
Experience in HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to the automotive or retail sector.
Ability to support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR-related software, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with a team-oriented working style.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in an HR role, preferably in a dealership, automotive, or similar customer-focused setting.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to work in office
Language proficiency of Malayalam and English is mandatory.
