We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support business operations through proposal preparation, documentation management, customer record analysis, and follow-up activities. The candidate should possess positive communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to understand and present information effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Review, understand, and organize customer records and documentation.
Analyze customer requirements and summarize key information.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and supporting documents.
Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks and project activities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and internal teams regarding pending actions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation.
Present and explain document findings, proposals, and business requirements to stakeholders when required.
Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and properly filed.
Support management with administrative and business coordination activities.





Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in documentation, proposal preparation, customer coordination, or business support functions.
