We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drafter to join our team of Architects and
Engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting designs into technical
plans, supporting the project team in the design process, and ensuring the accuracy and
completeness of CAD drawings.
Responsibilities
 Create Detailed Designs: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce
accurate and comprehensive designs.
 Perform Calculations: Assess materials and weight limitations to ensure design
feasibility.
 Collaborate with Team: Effectively communicate with architects and engineers,
incorporating their insights into your drawings.
 Prepare Sketches and CAD Work: Develop both rough sketches and detailed work
using CAD systems.
 Creative and Critical Thinking:



Support the project team by contributing creatively
and critically to the design process.
 Accurate CAD Drawings: Generate accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches,
verbal instructions, and site visits.
 Review and Maintain Drawings: Ensure all drawings are complete, accurate, and
revised as necessary.
Requirements
 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in AutoCAD, with proficiency in the
software.
