Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and optimize merchandise placement
Ensure exceptional customer service standards and address customer concerns promptly




Create visually appealing store displays and maintain store presentation standards
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational expenses
Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and prospects
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
