Job Title: HR Executive

Role Overview

Looking for a highly organized, proactive, and AI-enabled Back Office, Admin & HR Executive to manage administrative operations, HR coordination, documentation, and internal process management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and capable of leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day back-office operations, administrative processes, and internal coordination.
Maintain digital records, company databases, documentation, and process trackers.
Update CRM/ERP systems and prepare accurate MIS reports and business dashboards.
Coordinate effectively with the Sales, Finance, Operations, and Consulting teams.
Handle office administration, meeting scheduling, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
Prepare qualified business documents, official letters, reports, and presentations.
Support the planning and execution of workshops, events, and participant coordination.
Assist in recruitment activities, interview scheduling, onboarding,



attendance management, and employee record maintenance.
Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employee-related documents while ensuring HR compliance.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to draft content, automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality.

Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with solid AI skills are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of Office Administration, HR Operations, and Documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Solid communication skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
