Key responsibility:
Help increase revenue by selling, upselling, or cross-selling the institute’s courses to current and potential students and parents through calls, emails, and personal counseling.
Collect any pending fees from parents within the given timeframe.
Manage administrative tasks to ensure a smooth experience for students from start to finish.
Provide excellent customer service by building robust relationships with students and parents and resolving their issues quickly.
Follow all internal processes and comply with company rules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
