We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation Staff Cum Executive to

join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling documentation,

excellent communication skills, and robust computer knowledge. Experience in the visa,

travel, logistics, or documentation industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare, verify, and maintain documents with accuracy.

 Coordinate with clients for document collection and verification.

 Handle data entry and maintain digital and physical records.

 Ensure timely submission and follow-up of documentation.

 Communicate with clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

 Maintain confidentiality of company and client documents.





 Perform other administrative and documentation-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

 Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.

 Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

 Tamil language proficiency is preferred.

 Strong computer knowledge, including:

o MS Word

o MS Excel

o Outlook

o Internet & Email

o Data Entry

 Positive typing speed and attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Solid organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
