Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) or a related field.
Certification in athletics coaching from a recognized sports authority (preferred).
Proven experience as an athletics coach or PE teacher in a school setting.
Knowledge of current best practices in athletic training and injury prevention.
Robust knowledge of athletics (track & field) techniques and rules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students of all skill levels.
3-5years of school experience
