Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and qualified networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Prepare and release offer letters, negotiate compensation packages, and follow up with selected candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and achieve hiring targets within deadlines
