Key Responsibilities:
Research leads using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for better engagement and conversion.
Identify and target the right audience through an omnichannel approach.
Convert leads by delivering compelling presentations about the hotel membership program.
Build and manage a sales funnel through robust relationship management and referrals.
Enroll prospects using a soft, honest, and courteous approach.
Ensure excellent client relationship management with timely follow-ups and customer service.
Handle escalations promptly and professionally.
