Role Description The GM Marketing–Export (Yarn Textile Industry Only) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhilwara. The role involves developing and executing export marketing strategies for yarn products, identifying and expanding into recent international markets, and managing relationships with global buyers and distributors. The GM Marketing–Export will conduct market research, analyze demand and pricing trends, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales targets, guiding the marketing and sales team, preparing export proposals and contracts, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and company policies. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and long-term market positioning in the global textile industry.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Market Planning and Marketing Management skills to design and implement effective export marketing strategies.




Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze global demand, pricing, competition, and emerging prospects in the yarn textile sector.
Candidates should possess Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional marketing and sales teams.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive export orders, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue and margin targets.
Extensive experience in the yarn/textile industry with a focus on export marketing is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of international trade practices, documentation, and export regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM, ERP, and standard office software for reporting and analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Textiles, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bhilwara and travel for domestic and international business meetings as required.
