Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach to support our coaching team at our Mundwa and Kharadi centres. This role involves assisting in training sessions for school-age athletes, supporting fitness assessments, and helping maintain a secure, structured training workplace.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and conducting strength & conditioning sessions for students
Support fitness assessments and talent identification programmes
Maintain accurate attendance and training records




Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions
Work closely with the coaching team and Programme Director
Travel between Mundwa and Kharadi centres as required

Requirements
Background in Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
Freshers welcome; prior coaching or gym floor experience is a plus
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children and young athletes
Willingness to work across multiple centre locations in Pune

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
