Role & Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close senior-level sales roles across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments for clients in tech, SaaS, and B2B sectors.
Build and sustain long-term client relationships—acting as a trusted advisor on sales team architecture, compensation design, and performance metrics.
Partner with internal research and delivery teams to source, screen, and present top-tier candidates using advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools.
Lead end-to-end hiring cycles—from needs analysis and job brief creation to offer negotiation, candidate onboarding, and post-placement follow-up.




Track KPIs including fill rate, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction to optimize placement quality and client retention.
Stay ahead of sales hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and go-to-market strategies to advise clients and differentiate our value in competitive markets.
