Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering & proficiency in AutoCAD
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings.
Review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate with the detailing team to ensure accurate quantity extraction and cost planning.
Assist in cost consultancy services, including budget preparation, cost analysis, rate analysis, tender quantity verification, and project cost monitoring.
Collaborate with rebar detailing and estimation teams to validate reinforcement quantities and support overall project cost optimization.
Maintain quantity records, estimation reports, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
