Job Responsibilities –
Manage end-to end development of current casting from design validation to first time right trials.
Coordinate with customer for technical discussion, feasibility checks & design modification and approval.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality &customers.;
Robust expertise in pattern Design, tooling trial and approval defect analysis to handle projects in Green sand Process.
Optimization gating Design, Risering, Metallurgy & Process efficiency for Horizontal Moulding lines.
Reduce development rejection and Casting Defects.
Drive cost reduction and continuous improvements.
Ensure documentation and Compliance (APQP/PPAP).
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
First time right sample approval approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and customer interaction effectively.
