About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to join our team, supporting enterprise integration initiatives across SAP and third-party landscapes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP ECC integration architecture and hands-on experience with middleware/integration platforms used in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integration solutions between SAP ECC and third-party/external systems
Work extensively on PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) for interface design, configuration, and troubleshooting
Build and maintain SAP Interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, File-based, etc.)
Configure and support integrations using middleware/ESB platforms such as MuleSoft (MF), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Service Bus (SB), IBM DataPower, and similar tools
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
Perform end-to-end testing, debugging,



and performance tuning of interfaces
Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and resolution for integration issues
Prepare and maintain technical documentation (interface specs, design documents, mapping documents)
Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and best-practice standards

Requirements
10+ years of overall IT experience, with a solid focus on SAP integration
Hands-on expertise in SAP ECC
Solid experience with SAP PI/PO (design, configuration, monitoring)
Solid understanding of SAP Interfaces — IDoc, RFC, Proxy, Web Services, etc.
Proven experience integrating SAP with third-party systems using middleware platforms such as:
- MuleSoft (MF)
Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
Service Bus (SB)
IBM DataPower
Or equivalent integration/middleware tools
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional and client teams
Experience working in large, complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments preferred
