Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.
Provide technical support to office and farm staff.
Monitor internet connectivity and network performance.
Maintain data backups and ensure data security.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in ERP, farm management software, and attendance systems.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
Prepare basic IT reports and documentation.
