The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for Clients and visitors at the wellness clinic. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring a smooth client experience, handling appointments, and supporting administrative tasks to maintain efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction & Reception
Greet patients and visitors in a warm and qualified manner
Handle patient inquiries (in person, phone, email, WhatsApp)
Ensure a positive and welcoming clinic workplace
Appointment Management
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
Maintain and update the appointment calendar
Coordinate with doctors/therapists for availability
Patient Records & Documentation
Maintain accurate patient records (digital/manual)
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Assist in patient registration and onboarding
Billing & Payments




Generate invoices and collect payments (cash, card, online)
Maintain billing records and daily reports
Coordinate with accounts team if required
Clinic Operations Support
Manage front desk supplies and inventory
Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception area
Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with therapists, doctors, and internal staff
Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and packages
Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
