Candidates should possess valuable communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to achieve business targets. Freshers with any degree are welcome to apply, while experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, Insurance, Sales, or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
