VMC Programming & Machining (Primary Responsibility)
Develop CNC programs for VMC machines using CAM software or manual programming.
Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece approval.
Optimize machining parameters to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and machining strategies.
Manufacture precision tool room components including:
Jigs
Fixtures
Gauges
Dies
Machine spare parts
Prototype components
Ensure dimensional accuracy as per engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
Perform program modifications based on engineering changes or production requirements.
CNC Operations (Secondary Responsibility)
Support CNC Turning operations whenever required.
Troubleshoot CNC machining issues related to programming and tooling.
Assist CNC operators in program execution and setup.
CAD/CAM Programming
Read and interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
Generate machining programs using CAM software.
Simulate machining operations before production.
Prepare setup sheets and tooling lists for operators.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
