Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Experience in Design & Development of Welding Fixtures, Assembly Fixtures and Inspection Gauges.
Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and engineering drawings.
Ability to prepare 2D & 3D models, detailed manufacturing drawings and BOM.
Knowledge of tool room, machining processes, fabrication and sheet metal components.
Understanding of jigs, fixtures, gauges and inspection equipment.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, etc.
Coordination with Production, Quality and Tool Room for development and trial of fixtures/gauges.
Ability to troubleshoot design-related issues and implement design improvements.
Valuable communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
