Your Tasks

As part of our growth we are looking for a Group Lead Siting Methods & Tools. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Lead and develop a team of software engineers for site assessment tooling (technical and disciplinary leadership)
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
Foster a collaborative, cutting-edge, and high-performance team culture
Resolve conflicts and remove impediments for the team
Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products
Drive agile development practices (Scrum) and continuous improvement
Monitor KPIs, product performance, and team productivity
Strong background in software development (e.g., C#, Python, Angular or similar)
Solid understanding of system architecture and modern development practices
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines,



and cloud settings
Ability to make informed technical decisions and guide the team

Your Profile
MSc or higher in (Software) Engineering, Computer Sciences
Product Owner Training or comparable
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Advanced English level (C1 or above). Spanish or German will be a plus
