Job Description

We are hiring Plant Operators and Labourers for our Biogas production facility. This is a hands-on role involving daily plant operations, maintenance support, and ensuring smooth production of compressed biogas.

Key Responsibilities

For Plant Operator:
Operate and monitor CBG plant equipment (digesters, compressors, gas holders, etc.)
Ensure daily production targets are met safely and efficiently
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of plant machinery
Maintain accurate logs of production, downtime, and maintenance activities
Follow all safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for troubleshooting

For Labourer / Helper:
Assist in daily plant operations and material handling
Load/unload raw materials (biomass, agro-waste, etc.)
Support plant cleaning, housekeeping, and general maintenance




Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards to supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned by plant management

Requirements

Plant Operator:
Minimum 12th pass; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical preferred
1–3 years of experience in industrial plant operations (biogas, chemical, food processing, or similar)
Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
Willingness to work in shifts

Labourer:
Minimum 8th pass (10th pass preferred)
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
