We are looking for experienced specialists to join our SCADA team and contribute to exciting Substation and Power Plant Automation projects.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – EEE / ECE

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and support SCADA commissioning engineers in executing Substation Automation (SAS), Power Plant Automation, Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind), and Industrial Automation projects.
Plan, monitor, and manage site commissioning activities, ensuring seamless coordination with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, utility representatives, and other project stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership for the configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems, RTUs, Gateways, IEDs, and communication networks.
Prepare and review commissioning reports, test records, site documentation, as-built drawings, and project handover documents in accordance with project and customer requirements.
Provide technical guidance and in office support throughout the complete project lifecycle, from engineering and commissioning to final handover.




Mentor, train, and develop junior engineers by providing technical coaching on SCADA systems, commissioning procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, and industry best practices.
Monitor project schedules and ensure the timely completion of site activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively to minimize project delays and ensure reliable system performance.
