We are looking for a dedicated and qualified CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle client communication, maintain lead records, and support sales operations. The candidate should have positive communication skills, follow-up abilities, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Maintain customer and lead data in CRM software
Follow up with interested leads and existing clients
Coordinate with sales and support teams
Resolve customer queries professionally
Maintain daily call and follow-up reports
Update client information and interaction records
Build solid relationships with customers
Generate appointments and meetings for sales teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
Good convincing and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and teamwork
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
