Job Overview

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces for residential developments. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical knowledge, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts for residential units, show flats, and common areas.
Prepare layout plans, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories in line with project positioning and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
Work closely with procurement teams and vendors for sourcing and cost optimization.
Stay updated with design, materials, and industry best practices.
Ensure all designs comply with company standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in client presentations (if required) and incorporate feedback into designs.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
1–3 years of experience in residential interior design (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN -> real estate development or a design firm)
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Necessary Skills
Experience in designing sample flats or large-scale residential projects.
Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
