Job Description

Position: Purchase Executive
Department: Purchase/Procurement
Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Unit

Key Responsibilities:
Procure raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials as per production requirements.
Source and develop vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Accounts departments for procurement activities.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.
Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.

Required Skills:
Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Solid communication and coordination abilities.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in procurement for manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
