We are growing our BIM & CAD Engineering team and looking for experienced and detail-oriented MEP Coordination Draftsman to join us for GCC Projects.
JOB TITLE: MEP Draftsman - Must have 4+ years Experience on GCC Projects
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare and develop MEP coordination and shop drawings
Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Fighting services
Identify and resolve clashes using coordination software
Co-ordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, and site teams
Ensure drawings comply with project standards and client requirements
Update drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments
Support project teams for smooth execution and submission processes
EXPERIENCE:
Must Have: 4+ years of UAE/GCC projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an advantage.
Robust understanding of MEP systems and coordination process with design engineering.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Familiar with UAE/GCC codes for Construction and Contracting
Design calculation for MEP systems
