Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI Fitter Freshers to join our manufacturing/workshop team. The candidate will assist in fitting, assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair activities while learning practical skills under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in assembling and fitting mechanical components, structures, and equipment.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment safely.
Support maintenance and repair activities of machines and equipment.
Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, and fabrication-related tasks as required.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop.
Report equipment issues and work progress to the supervisor.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Assist senior fitters and technicians in day-to-day operations.





Qualification
ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade (NCVT/SCVT).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting and workshop practices.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of mechanical tools and equipment.
Ability to read measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/workshop workplace.
Positive attitude and discipline.
