Key Responsibilities
Attend and engage with walk-in customers at assigned dealership locations.
Understand customer vehicle finance requirements and explain Chola NBFC loan products.
Convert customer enquiries into vehicle loan applications.
Coordinate with dealership sales teams to generate finance leads.
Assist customers with loan documentation and application processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned lead generation and loan conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activity reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a passion for sales.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work from dealership locations.
Work Location
Deployed at Recent & Used Passenger Vehicle (PV) Dealerships.
