Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (BOT/MOT) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing difficulties, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and other neurological or developmental conditions. Freshers with a passion for pediatric rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy assessments for children.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy for sensory integration, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, handwriting, visual-motor integration,



self-care skills (ADLs), feeding skills, and school readiness.
Support children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and sensory processing disorders.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Educate parents on home-based therapy strategies.
Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, psychologists, physiotherapists, and behaviour therapists.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and career development activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) – Essential
Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) – Preferred
Valid registration with the relevant professional council.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
