Event Coordinator – BeastDrive
Location: Silk Board Flyover, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Full time
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute BeastDrive events.
Manage vendors, volunteers, and event logistics.
Coordinate with participants, sponsors, and partners.
Ensure smooth event operations before, during, and after events.
Support event marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and work on event days.
Experience in event management is preferred.
Freshers with a passion for events can apply.

Must know any one language:
Kannada
Tamil

Malayalam
Pay: ₹5,602.23 - ₹16,803.23 per month
