Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational costs, including labor, chemicals, equipment, vehicles, and overheads.
Prepare and maintain cost models for pest control services and contracts.
Monitor actual costs against budgets and identify cost variances.
Conduct profitability analysis by customer, contract, branch, and service line.
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to identify cost-saving prospects.
Review inventory consumption and ensure accurate costing of chemicals, pesticides, consumables, and spare parts.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare monthly cost reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
Assist in pricing analysis for recent and existing service contracts.
Validate vendor pricing and support procurement with cost evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE accounting standards.




Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities related to cost accounting.
Support internal and external audits by providing cost-related documentation and analysis.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
2–4years of experience in cost analysis or cost accounting, preferably in pest control, facilities management, maintenance, or service-based industries.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar accounting software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
