Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, high-volume recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have experience in facility management, security services, staffing, or manpower outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll support, and exit formalities
Employee engagement, induction, and training
Performance management and KPI tracking
Labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.)
HR reporting, MIS, and employee relations

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
5–8 years of HR experience,



with at least 3 years in Facility Management, Security, Staffing, or Manpower Outsourcing

Skills
Robust recruitment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving
Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, and recruitment portals
