Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to head the service operations at our Ather showroom in Pimpri Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for managing the service team, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance, customer satisfaction, and achieving service business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, job allocation, and workflow management.
Ensure timely and high-quality servicing, repairs, and delivery of Ather electric scooters.
Lead, guide, and motivate the service team to deliver superior customer service and achieve departmental goals.
Handle customer queries, complaints,



and escalations effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor service revenue, warranty claims, and workshop productivity.
Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Coordinate with spare parts, sales, and technical teams for smooth operations.
Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for technicians and service advisors.
Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., service revenue, customer satisfaction scores, repeat visits).

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
4–5 years of experience in automobile service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
Technical knowledge of two-wheeler servicing (EV experience preferred).
Robust organizational and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
