Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to identify, pitch, and close recent client deals for our digital marketing, AI automation, and web development services. This is a full time, salaried role ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship building, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and freelance platforms
Pitch Nova's services including Meta Ads, SEO, AI automation, and web development
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Coordinate with the founder on proposal creation and client onboarding




Achieve monthly targets for leads generated and deals closed
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups

Requirements
Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets
Bachelor's degree preferred, not mandatory for the right candidate
