We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista who can lead our coffee program and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Required Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience as a Barista (Head Barista experience preferred).
Solid knowledge of specialty coffee and espresso preparation.
Fluent in spoken English (mandatory).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.




Leadership and team management experience.
Comfortable using POS and inventory management software.

Required Skills
Espresso extraction, dialing in, and grinder calibration.
Advanced milk steaming and latte art.
Manual brewing methods (V60, AeroPress, French Press, Chemex, Pour Over, etc.).
Recipe development and beverage innovation.
Coffee bean knowledge, roasting basics, and brewing science.
Daily machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Inventory management, stock control, and ordering.
Cost control and wastage management.
Staff training and maintaining SOPs.
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume rush hours.
Cash handling and POS operations.
