Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer questions and complaints.
Provide accurate information about products or services.
Update customer details in the system.
Follow company policies and quality standards.
Meet productivity and performance targets.
Requirements:
Positive English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in US shifts (night shifts).
Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience is a plus (freshers can also apply).

Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
