Job Responsibilities:
Install and maintain FTTH (Fiber to the Home) broadband connections.
Perform fiber optic cable laying, splicing, and jointing.
Install and configure ONT/ONU devices and Wi-Fi routers.
Troubleshoot fiber, internet, and network connectivity issues.
Conduct optical power testing and basic OTDR testing.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber networks.
Coordinate with the technical team for fault resolution.
Ensure timely service installation and customer support.
Maintain daily work reports and installation records.
Follow company safety and quality standards.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of FTTH installation and fiber optics.
Experience in fiber splicing and cable laying.
Basic understanding of OLT, ONT/ONU,



and networking.
Ability to troubleshoot broadband and Wi-Fi issues.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting.

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th (Technical candidates preferred)
0–3 years of experience in Fiber/Telecom/Broadband field (Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply)

Preferred:
Valid Driving License
Own Two-Wheeler

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
