We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Aides / Patient Care Assistants to support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care. The candidate will assist patients with daily activities, maintain a clean and protected healthcare environment, and contribute to eco-friendly healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as feeding, mobility, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support nursing staff in patient care and monitoring.
Transport patients safely within the hospital when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and care areas.
Assist in preparing beds and patient care equipment.
Record and report patient observations to nurses.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Support environmentally sustainable practices by reducing waste and promoting responsible resource usage.
Provide compassionate care and ensure patient comfort.
Required Qualifications
MPHW(Multi Purpose Health worker)
