Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, direct sales, field marketing, client relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and businesses to generate current sales opportunities.
Identify potential clients through field visits and referrals.
Explain products and services to customers.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Submit daily sales activity reports using mobile applications or CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, FMCG, BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, Retail, or Business Development.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Comfortable with daily field visits.
