Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Process Associate/ Process Associate – US Accounting to join our finance team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in U.S. accounting and gain hands-on experience with leading accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

The Process Associate will be responsible for performing the following accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and NetSuite:
Processing vendor bills accurately and within timelines.
Creating and managing sales invoices.
Categorizing bank and credit card transactions appropriately.
Recording sales receipts and maintaining accounting journals.
Performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
Posting month-end transactions and ensuring compliance with U.S. accounting standards.




Supporting the accounting team with day-to-day operational accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Education: B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification in Accounting / Finance.

· Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in accounting.

· Preferred Knowledge:

o Basic understanding of U.S. accounting principles.

o Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, is an added advantage.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work accurately with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to recent accounting processes and tools.
