Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Ensure a smooth guest arrival and seating experience.
Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the guest journey.
Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams for seamless service.
Build positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain guest feedback records and share insights with management.
Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and presentable.
Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and events when applicable.





Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a GRE, Front Office Executive, or Guest Relations Executive in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality with a skilled appearance.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of POS or hotel management software is an advantage.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
