Job Title: Credit Executive – UAE Mortgage Process

Location: India

Job Summary

We are looking for a Credit Executive to support the UAE mortgage underwriting process by reviewing loan applications, assessing customer eligibility, verifying documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely approvals. Prior UAE mortgage experience is not mandatory. Candidates with experience in banking, NBFCs, home loans, personal loans, or financial analysis are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Review mortgage applications for accuracy and completeness.
Analyze customer income, liabilities, bank statements, and financial documents.
Verify KYC, employment, and supporting documents.
Perform eligibility calculations based on lender policies.
Prepare credit assessment summaries and highlight risks.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and lenders for application processing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Meet defined turnaround times (TAT) for application processing.

Eligibility




Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in banking, finance, NBFCs, home loans, personal loans, credit analysis, underwriting, or loan processing.
Freshers with strong analytical skills and finance knowledge may also apply.
